Where is the Sky Cabin Skykomish Airbnb?
The Sky Cabin is located in Skykomish, Washington, about an hour East of Seattle on Highway 2 (one of my favorite highways!). Enjoy scenic mountain views as you get close to this charming town. Skykomish was originally founded as a railroad town on the south fork of the Skykomish River. The sounds of the rushing river and train that still passes through town definitely adds to the charm. This cabin near Seattle is the perfect city escape

- The Whistling Post. If you’re into fried chicken and beer – this is the place to hang out

Unique Features of this Airbnb
I really enjoyed the unique and dramatic angles of the roofline and windows. It feels a bit like a midcentury style home mixed with an A-frame.
Even though this airbnb is in a neighborhood, it still feels incredibly private and wonderful views in town of the mountains. Everything feels newly renovated/restored and the design is tasteful. It felt like a luxury stay, but with all the charm of a cabin.
